BASIRAT OLADEPO (Estate Surveyor), B.Tech (Est.Mgt), ANIVS, ACIArb, RSV. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Estate Management from Federal University of Technology, Akure. An Associate Member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV),also an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb),  and Registered Member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVRBON).
She worked in several real estate firms, where she acquired experiences in Project Appraisal, Project Development and Management, Valuation, Facility Management and general real estate practices. She possesses soft skills in Ms Project which can use efficiently for project planning and monitoring.
