Isiaka Olalekan Aboderin, B.Sc. Hons. (Est. Mgt.), MFM, M.Sc. (Est. Mgt.) FNIVS, RSV, FCIArb, SCILRM, PMP. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, (1997), a Master Degree in Facilities Management from University of Lagos and another Master degree in Estate Management and currently undergoing a PhD programme in Estate Management in the same Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a seasoned Estate Surveyor and Valuer, a Fellow of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a registered member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. Olalekan is equally a Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) and Senior Member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria, and he is also a PMP Certified Project Management Professional from The Project Management Institute (PMI).

Having been privileged to work in an Estate Firm, Messrs Fola Oyekan and Associates and a Property Investment and Development Company, Prime Metro Properties Ltd for well over 20 years, he has acquired varied experiences in Property Valuation for various purposes, Project Appraisal, Project Development and Management.

The Lead Advisor doubles as the Director of Studies, Reals Academy, a Centre for Real Estate Professional Development with accreditation of NIESV as private learning centre.

His interest in lecturing and research keeps him abreast of development in the profession. He has been privileged to attend short courses abroad in areas relevant to Estate Surveying and Valuation profession.
